What data is needed
Email for receipts and order-related contact; the selected course, amount, payment number and status, and acceptance of the offer. When signing in through Telegram: the account identifier and data Telegram provides to the app. Technical request data and protected access codes are used to operate the website. The website does not receive your bank card number, CVC or bank confirmation codes.
Purposes
To create and fulfil the order, verify payment, provide access and a receipt, handle enquiries or refunds, protect the account and maintain required records. Providing an email does not subscribe you to advertising. The legal bases are entering into and performing a contract, compliance with legal duties, and consent where required.
Recipients
YooKassa receives the data needed for payment; the Federal Tax Service (FNS) receives mandatory receipt data. Telegram is used to link the account. The project's technical systems process data within the scope of fulfilling the order. Do not automatically send the contents of your work to AI: use of the AI mentor is governed by separate app terms and consents.
Retention and rights
Data is protected by access controls; payment keys are stored on the server. Order and accounting data are retained for periods needed for the contract and required by law. You may request correction, access, restriction or deletion where the law does not require retention. Withdrawing consent does not end processing required on another lawful basis.

Queued messages
For reliable processing, Telegram messages and service events are temporarily stored until processing is complete. They are then removed from the queue. Purchase and refund confirmations remain in payment records. AI conversations are not kept as a permanent history; their temporary context lasts up to 30 minutes.
Learning continuity and quality checks
After sign-in, we record the day you open the game or study in the bot, complete a mission or course, and save your work. These records are linked to your account and help you continue learning. The owner sees an aggregate report of how many participants returned the next day, saved work and completed learning. Work texts, names and account numbers are not included in the report, and it is not sent to external analytics counters. The guest demo does not create learning progress.
If two devices edit one draft, you can compare versions and save your choice. The previous server text remains as a backup version in your work. This copy does not count as a completed task and earns no reward.
Independent website account
For free sign-in and continuation, we store a separate learning account identifier, a hash of the secret recovery code, work history and progress. The code opens your account: protect it like a password and do not share it. Signing in with a code does not verify ownership of an email address.
The protected sign-in cookie lasts up to seven days. A paid order is linked to the account after payment verification. When a Telegram connection is confirmed, we store the account link for shared history. If both profiles already have different work, it is not merged automatically.
A recurring subscription is created only with separate consent. We store the terms version, consent date and YooKassa payment-method identifier; we do not receive card numbers or CVC. Payment and cancellation records are retained to fulfil the order and meet recordkeeping duties. Contact support about data questions.
For the 48-hour trial, we store the account identifier and start and end dates; for the one-time gift, we record issuance and withdrawal. These technical records are not reset when learning drafts are cleared. Contact support about account deletion. The trial requires no card and does not subscribe you to advertising.
