The service provider is Vlada Yuryevna Vinokurova (Винокурова Влада Юрьевна), taxpayer identification number (INN) 521475981770, a payer of professional income tax. The author of the project's materials is Andrey Tkachev (Андрей Ткачев). This offer applies to one-time ruble purchases where Vlada is named as the seller. Previous purchases and subscriptions, and purchases using Telegram Stars, are governed by the terms in effect when they were made; this offer does not change them.

1. What you are buying

Information and consulting services from AT Learn: access to the selected self-guided text practice course, its tasks, checks of your own work and learning materials. You can study in the game app, on the website and in Telegram. A purchased course includes all its lessons; the full package includes 20 courses and 141 lessons. Examples, hints and extra materials are available within the scope of the selected course.

The purchase does not include formal education, a state diploma, professional qualifications, personal consultations or subscriptions to third-party AI services. Game ranks and badges show completion. Income, employment, increased IQ and medical outcomes are not guaranteed. AI answers must be checked.

2. Price and contents

All AT Learn — a single payment of 14 990 RUB. Materials included in the selected purchase are available permanently and for repeat study. A new purchase is not a subscription: the card is not saved for repeated charges and automatic renewal is not enabled.

Individual courses and lessons are no longer sold separately. Full access includes all courses. The terms of previous individual purchases remain valid.

Before payment, the order page shows the full package and final amount. Future price changes do not alter an already paid purchase. Access to materials does not depend on continued use of the AI mentor, which operates within the published daily and shared limits. External services are paid for separately.

3. How to purchase

On the website, read the terms and data processing policy, confirm consent and proceed to payment. Email and phone number are not requested for this purchase. The receipt is available on the private order page. An optional checkbox enables automatic receipt display after payment; without it, the My receipt button remains available. The checkbox does not affect receipt issuance. The project does not receive your card number or bank codes.

Payments are processed by YooKassa for Vlada's store. YooKassa shows the methods available for each payment. To cancel an incomplete payment, close the payment page. Returning to the website does not itself confirm payment.

4. Access and your work

Purchased access opens after successful payment is checked through the YooKassa API. An order made from the game is linked to the same account. After purchasing from a public page, save your private order page and use its button to open Telegram and link access to your account. If access is delayed, contact support with your order number.

Access is personal. Do not share private links or codes. You can return to lessons and saved work. Temporary outages of the website, AI service or Telegram are resolved as the relevant service recovers. If paid access is not delivered, recovery and contact with the provider are available. If the project closes, fulfilment of paid obligations is addressed with the buyer; closure does not automatically terminate those obligations.

5. Receipt

The provider records income and issues one professional income tax (NPD) receipt for a confirmed payment. On the private order page, the buyer receives a link to the official My Tax (Мой налог) receipt and a QR code. No email address is required. Reopening the page or contacting support uses the receipt already issued; no new receipt is created. The relevant receipt is adjusted if a refund is made.

6. Refunds and enquiries

Contact support with your order number and reason. Mandatory provisions of Russian Federation law apply to cancellation of services, defects, duplicate charges and failure to receive paid access. Merely opening a lesson or downloading a PDF does not automatically waive refund rights. Where expenses may lawfully be deducted, the provider must substantiate them with documents; an unconditional no-refund rule for the entire amount does not apply.

An approved refund is processed against the original purchase through YooKassa. The time for funds to arrive depends on the bank and payment method. Access under the refunded purchase ends; this does not cancel other paid courses or previously saved work.

7. Materials and data

Materials are lawfully provided for personal use as part of the project's services. Do not publish or distribute the materials in full or resell access. Your own work remains yours; feedback and results are not published automatically. Do not submit other people's personal data, passwords or trade secrets in tasks or to AI.

Data processing is described in the seller's policy. Consent to advertising messages is not a condition of purchase. Do not send card numbers, CVC or bank codes in enquiries.
