# Hiring from evidence, not impressions

Fictional data for independent practice.

Compare candidates using consistent work-related criteria. Separate evidence, claims and missing information.

## Case 1

Meeting coordinator. Criteria: maintain calendars, agree rescheduling and record outcomes. A describes calendars for a team of eight and weekly status updates but gives no rescheduling example. B describes agreeing a change with two participants and sending the new time; shared calendars are not described. C says “I can do everything” without examples.

## Case 2

Support operator. Criteria: preserve order terms, clarify unknowns and state a next step. A says “we will refund tomorrow” although no refund decision has been made. B requests the order number and offers to check status without promising refund timing. C gives a polite greeting but does not address the question.

## What to prepare

For each case: source facts → your work → rubric review. Make your own attempt before opening the worked example.
Do not use real personal data.
